Heel Pain. Plantar Fasciitis . Heel Spur

Heel pain · Plantar fasciitis · Heel Spur

A sharp pain felt in the heel or along the length of the ligaments under the foot. Often accompanied by a stone bruise type pain or burning arches, this pain seems to fade with activity, but remains a dull ache when standing for long periods. This pain typically returns following the next rest.

A common pain caused by excessive rolling in of the feet (excess pronation). Causing the arch to collapse, the foot elongates and places excessive strain on the ligaments (plantar fascia) under the foot.

Sole Control insoles correct the excessive rolling that causes this problem. This relieves the tension on the plantar fascia allowing it to heal and become pain free.
